Arkansas Valley CASA's Heart of the Valley Luncheon is a one hour event attended by community leaders, professionals and caring citizens from throughout the Arkansas Valley. Over 200 guests enjoy lunch and hear emotional, first hand accounts from CASA volunteers and former CASA youth, about the amazing difference a Court Appointed Special Advocate can make in the lives of children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
